ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems are widely used in Swiss companies today. They are also becoming more important for small and medium-sized businesses. In conjunction with Supply Chain Management (SCM), this is giving rise to new internal corporate structures which promote cooperation and operational efficiency.

The OPESS e-course combines technical, business-administration and organisational know-how. It is intended for people studying at universities, ETHs and the IPLnet. The course language is English and the three main themes are strategic planning, operational planning, and control and execution.
