Geneva University (Project Leader)
Universities of Lausanne, Berne, Basle and Università della Svizzera italiana,
UNCTAD (United Nations)

Environmental sciences require a tansdisciplinary learning approach.

"SUPPREM " is an online course combining human ecology, socio-economics, politics, and law. Its purpose is to enable undergraduate and graduate students to learn the principles of sustainable development and environmental management, in the context of corporations and public sector entities.

Course content is available in four languages (French, German, English, Italian), and is drawn from the results of actual research projects. It uses a variety of teaching aids: multimedia case presentations, course notes, off-campus exercises, aids for interactive data processing and remote implementation of analysis models, as well as interactive tools for knowledge testing.
