Stumbling blocks
During the first maintenance phase the search for a competent IT-expert considerably delayed the improvement of the interactive activities, which in turn slowed down the development of the project as a whole. Furthermore the collaboration with the various partners was not always easy. They wanted the creation of a proper website, which should be accessible via a portal in the same way as CVS, independently of the portal of the University of Fribourg. So far the problem could not be solved.»
